After Swann graduated from Flint Northern high school in 1996, she joined the Army. She was stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas. After she left the military, Swann moved to Dallas, Texas. It is here, in Dallas, Texas, where she was introduced to the Fitness Industry.

Michael “Mohawk” Mitchell

Director of Talent / Digital and Apparel Marketing / National Level NPC Athlete

Mike Mitchell is a dynamic and educated member of our staff. His passion for life, includes his family (wife and 2 boys), knowledge and customer service He is a bodybuilder, motivational speaker, and fitness coach from the United States. Having grown up in New Orleans, Mike became involved in working out from an early age, thanks to the influence of his father. The young New Orleans Police officer performed exercises and practiced posing to the delight of his young impressionable son. My dad would press his uniform and hang it up neatly. Grab some Afro sheen, a pic, then it was double biceps, lat spread and more! My dad is the reason I wanted to do this. I admired his focus and attention to detail. He passed those assets to me!

In 2005, Mike along with his family evacuated New Orleans at the hands of hurricane Katrina. Along with relocating to a new city, the trials of managing work stress in new environment started to take its toll. After joining a local Gold’s Gym in Dallas, one of the head trainers offered his assistance in losing weight, and possibly competing for the first time.

Dallas would be the place where the dream of bodybuilding materialized and hails as the turning point in the life of a kid from Magnolia Street beating the odds.

After a year of training, Mike would go on to compete in the Optimum Fitness sponsored/promoted NPC Heart of Texas bodybuilding show. In 2019 Mike took third place at the Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh, PA almost getting his pro card. He trains daily to maintain peak physical and mental conditioning. As a certified Fitness Trainer, he shares his knowledge of fitness and spiritual awareness with an undeniable passion, respect for the sciences of bodybuilding and beyond and the gift of life with his clients and friends.

Having earned his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, he is currently studying for his Masters in Sports Psychology.
